Configuration is separated into several sections within the administration panel in Sharescan. Most connectors are ready to go without any configuration required, but for advanced security features it is recommended to check these out first.

Connector Works own in-house developed printing technology extends every eCopy Sharescan connector's functionality. Don't just scan documents, now you can browse and print directly from the eCopy Sharescan enabled device.
This module requires some quick configuration in the administration panel from a system administrator and then any authorised user can perform a print.

We like feedback from our clients so we have developed an advanced tracing function that captures our connector information during the day to day running or configuration of a connector.
This information can optionally be activated and sent by you manually for us to view. We do not capture this information automatically and is entirely opt-in and manually sent by you.
We collect information about how the connector is run and what parameters are used. This helps us to improve the product and supply you with necessary updates as sometimes each user's configuration is very different when compared with another.

Looking to resell our connectors? We provide Not for Resale and demonstration keys that can be used for selling.
The demonstration keys turn the connector into an offline demo experience that uses dummy data to simulate the experience.
