The agreement

When you purchase a connector you have the option to add our maintenance and support option. These are available on a yearly subscription and open a wealth of support options that give you peace of mind.


Should anything go wrong while you're using one of our connectors we are available on hand via remote access to help you out of any situation. We can also help with configuration options and setup. Also taking this option entitles you to support should the inevitable happen and a cloud provider such as Google or Dropbox changes their API or rules that breaks the connector functionality.


We're always adding new features to the portfolio, for example the folder creation ability was added a few months after the launch of the Google Docs connector. With the support contract in place you'll be notified of updates to the connectors and provided download links for your licensed products.
